Diet time....

okay so i have decided to lose a few pounds.... my ultimate goal is twenty but if i cant make it thats just peachy! So here it goes...

1. Must record what i eat and drink everyday and an estimate of calories.
2. Also i must record any exercise i have done during the day.
3. There will be no cheating.
4. I have 2.5 months.
5. I have to record daily progress starting with my starting weight and my weight at the end of each day.
